Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the HashiraX website (the “Site”) and any services we provide. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, read educational content, and submit requests through our forms. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to scrape content without permission.
2. Free Security Scan
Our free scan is provided as-is and offers a preliminary, non-exhaustive view of a website’s public security posture. It is not a substitute for a full security audit. You must only scan websites you own or have explicit authorization to test. We reserve the right to rate-limit, decline, or block abusive use.
3. Engagements
Paid engagements (penetration testing, audits, development, DevSecOps) are governed by a separate written Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement. Those documents take precedence over these Terms for the engagement scope. A mutual NDA is signed before any testing or access is granted.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site, its content, design, code and trademarks (including the HashiraX name and logo) are owned by HashiraX. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute material from the Site without written permission. Deliverables from a paid engagement are licensed to the client under the engagement’s SOW.
5. Confidentiality
Information shared during scoping, audits and engagements is treated as confidential. We use encrypted infrastructure, scoped access, and destroy testing data on request after delivery.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) violate applicable laws; (b) interfere with the Site’s operation; (c) use any HashiraX tool or output to attack systems you are not authorized to test; (d) misrepresent your identity.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and free scan are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant that the free scan will detect every vulnerability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashiraX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the free scan. For paid engagements, liability is capped per the engagement’s SOW.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction at our registered office, unless your local law mandates otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
